All This and World War I

Last month the next to last Canadian WWI soldier died and last week the third to last American WWI soldier died and it reminded me that I had some postcards I wanted to share. My mother's was going through some of her belongings a few months ago when she came upon a packet of post cards from her Uncle Bross that he had purchased while serving in WWI.

I think they say a lot about how war is reported, then and now. I will be sharing a number of them in the coming months, sometimes with comments, sometimes without. I think the cards really give you a sense of all this and World War I.
