Daily Sketch -- Wildblood?

I'm not really sure who this is, though it might be Wildblood. He was a political prisoner who was cryogenically suspended for a hundred years or so and woke up in a world where humanity was on the wane, due to a genetic virus that has sterilized like 99.999% of humanity. Done sometime in the late 1970s for a strip I was going to do called The Queen Bee Syndrome.
