Gawd was that a dreadful game. The San Diego Chargers deserved to lose the sloppy way they played, but the New England Patriots were just as sloppy, if not more so. Kickoffs out of bounds, interceptions, fumbles, interceptions that are fumbled; this game had it all. What it didn't have was quality football. Ugh! What a mess!
If this team shows up next week Indy will be playing New Orleans in the Super Bowl (not a bad match up actually!).
Also did anyone else notice that the announcer on CBS seems to think the town is named Sandy Eggo? He repeatedly referred to the Sandy Eggo Chargers. CBS has got to get some better commentators.
