Where's the video? What was it? Is there live video footage of Lee Michaels out there besides the appearance on Music Scene from 1970 that is on You Tube? I'm a big fan, trade his live tapes, etc. and would love to know. Thanks!
Sorry this video has disappeared from YouTube. I'm going to put up another Michaels' video today (maybe the one to which you refer) and say a few more things about my three Lee Michaels concerts. The last time I saw Lee, they were filming it for a TV concert, so someone, somewhere has a shitload of Michaels concert footage.
Thanks. I'd love to hear more about your Lee Michaels concerts. An under-appreciated musician, indeed! Do you have any of his live tapes you would want to trade or know of anyone who would? Have you listened to the short concert selection from 1970 on Wolfgang's Vault? Someone needs to dig up more!
