OK, they say these are normal guidelines, but I still can't help feeling that if I was caught driving down the freeway in the wrong direction and high as a fucking kite, that I would have to spend more than 82 minutes in jail. I mean, this isn't just a DUI, this is reckless endangerment of anyone unfortunate enough to live or be visiting the same town as this little tramp.Something seems really wrong here, really wrong.
